Accessing and signing in to your email account

Follow these steps when you need help accessing and signing into your wildblue.net or exede.net email account.   


Effective Dec. 1, 2017, the email link from your account has been removed. Customers who have a WildBlue and Exede email account are advised to bookmark mail.exede.net or mail.wildblue.net to access their accounts.

Viasat continues to support the WildBlue and Exede email services, but is no longer offering email accounts to new customers.

We recommend using Google’s free Gmail as the most full-featured and secure email service available.

Viasat continues to support the WildBlue and Exede email services. But Viasat Internet does not offer an email service. We recommend using Google’s free Gmail as the most full-featured and secure email service available. You can continue to access your WildBlue and Exede email at mail.exede.net or mail.wildblue.net.

What if I'm on a computer that I share with others?

If you're using a public computer or you share this computer with others, Viasat recommends that you don't check the Keep me logged in box. This check box applies to this computer only.  This means you can choose to stay signed-in on your home computer, but not do so on a shared computer such as at your school, a public library or an Internet cafe.

When you need to sign out, click the Sign Out link located at the upper right.
