How to set up your Viasat Business Internet account

Steps to setting up your account for customers with the Viasat Internet Business


To access your Viasat Business Internet account, type http://myaccount.exede.net into your address bar, or click here.

1. When you get to the home screen, type in your Username (on your first log in, it will be your Service Agreement ID number) and your password (on your first login it will be the primary phone number on your Viasat Business Internet account). Click Sign In.

2. Once you're logged in, click on the Manage Account tab.

3. Once you're in the Manage Account screen, you can do several things, including:

  • Select the way you would prefer to log in, with your new username or your contact email address.
  • Select a New Username to replace the one that was given to you. These 9 numbers will remain your account number.
  • Enter your Contact Email - it's important to keep a valid contact email on file so we can send you important information about your Viasat service.
  • Create a New Password; be sure to enter it twice
  • Enter in a First and Last Name for the account
  • Select a Security Question  — or create your own custom question. Make sure to input an Answer as well.
