How to set up your Voice equipment

Viasat Satellite Modem with Viasat Voice Adapter:
  1. Connect Ethernet cable that came with your modem to the yellow WAN/Globe icon port on the Voice Adapter.
  2. Connect the Ethernet cable that comes with your Voice Adapter from the green LAN/network icon port on the Voice Adapter to your computer or Wi-Fi router.
  3. Connect the phone cord (included) from PHONE 1/the phone symbol on the Voice Adapter to your phone. NOTE: If you have the Voice adapter with numbered phone ports, do not connect anything on the port labeled “PHONE 2”.
  4. Plug in the power cord and proceed to Activation. 
WARNING: Voice and the Viasat Internet service may not work properly if you place a router or computer between the Viasat Satellite Modem and the Voice Adapter.

Viasat WiFi Modem or Viasat WiFi Gateway:

  1. Connect Ethernet cable included with modem from your modem to your computer or Wi-Fi router.
  2. Connect the phone cord from the phone port on the Modem to your phone.
  3. Plug in the power cord and proceed to Activation.

Activation
  1. Visit http://managevoice.viasat.com
  2. Enter your account number and last name to activate your service
