How to access and view your monthly electronic Viasat Business Plan bill
We’ll email you a notification each month that your bill is ready, so watch your email inbox - not your curbside mailbox - for this notification. We also automatically charge the payment method you have on file with us. Please be aware we bill a month in advance.
If you don’t have a payment method on file, payment options can be found in our Customer Portal.
You can also call our Business Customer Care team at 855-313-4111 from 7AM to 1AM CST Monday through Sunday to make a payment or set up recurring payments.
To view your Viasat Business plan bill, start at our Customer Portal. Please note that this is also the portal for our WildBlue customers; a business-specific portal is coming soon.
To access your bill, scroll down to the bottom of the page, until you see the View your Bill link. Click on it.
After clicking the View your Bill link, you'll be taken to a login screen. Log in with your username and password. If this is your first time logging in, your username will be your Service Agreement ID number, and your password will be the primary phone number we have on file for you.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link under the Username and Password sign-in boxes and follow the prompts.
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to a screen that will display your bill history. Click on the invoice number that you want to view bill details for.
Your bill will display on the screen. If you wish to view a different bill, you can click on the Return to Bill History button in the upper left hand corner of the bill.
