This tool, accessed online from your desktop by visiting http://account.viasat.com, allows you to make a one-time payment, buy more data, update your payment method, and reset your Visasat account password. You can change your plan by clicking Your Plan, view past and present billing statements under Billing & Payment and add or remove add-on products like EasyCare and Voice.
With your account, you have several options for changing different aspects of your Viasat Internet service. You can also access Viasat’s support portal via your account – a treasure trove of information that includes help articles and a community of fellow Viasat customers who can help you troubleshoot issues regarding your Viasat service.
Viasat offers a way to make a secure, one-time payment on your account using our EasyPay feature, without having to call an agent. If you make a payment over the phone with an agent, an assistance fee of $5.00 will be added to your next statement. Instead, EasyPay is a quick and easy way to make a one-time payment without a fee. Viasat Internet Mobile App
Viasat has created a free mobile app, designed to let you have more control over your Viasat Internet experience. Both Apple iOS 9 or higher and Android 4.4 or higher devices are supported by the app. Apple users can click here to download from the App Store and Android users can click here to download from Google Play.
EasyChat service on Facebook Messenger is a quick, simple way to get valuable information about your Viasat Internet account with real time usage alerts.
